Space Man

Barley packed

Will it be enough

The triangle can provide

If need be strong

Taking the road

All is too familiar

But once the line is crossed

Adventure grows into the heart

Reaching a point on a map

I look around

Nothingness full of everything

The longer I stare

The subtlies come forth

Yellow, green orange, green, blue, green

A hint of purple

Green

Rolled up and rolling around

We barge

Our direction straight and true

Following the path Nature intended

Through the brush

Pain is only in my head

The destination or great reward

Beyond anything of this world

The spirits let us enter wearily

Caution is thrown to the wind

My soul is being pierced

I am the spaceman written on the rock

I am the sun painted near the home

I am the rock reaching for the sky

I am the waves crashing on my brain

And when flipped i can see the ripples in the air

A look into the formation of the mind

Was it mine?

Or perhaps I witnessed the birth of new life

As the sky people shot them from earth

Feeling cold, Fire can only keep you warm

If I were to find myself again

Would I have stayed closer to the fire

The sand is alive

It morphs between my feet

As long as my mind remains balanced

Then I will be ok

Reality comes and goes

But I must choose a side

Test your luck in the bizzaro world

or do I let the trip win

Winding down the night

I sit and watch the last glows

From the plains to the rock

From the road to the sea

I am the spaceman

but no the one I used to be.
